This 20" largemouth bass is the nicest I've caught in about 10 years.

    How much did it weigh?

    I released it, and didn't weigh it. I'd guess about 5 or 6 lbs.

    I actually have one, but I had this fish out of the water for quite awhile, as I was trying to dig out my camera and set up the self-timer, I didn't want to keep him out of the water much longer.

    It was a short fight. I caught the fish on the topwater with a weedless frog, and I knew I couldn't let it take me down in the weeds and brush, so I really horsed it in. The most exciting part was when it made its first jump and I saw how big it was.
